Kristin Green is the newest addition to the Highlands Cove Realty team and has a deep love and respect for the area. Kristin is a native Michigander ("Go Blue") and settled into the NC Mountains in 2003 via San Francisco with her 14 year old daughter Anna. They enjoy the outdoors, music, and their 4 cats. Kristin is a 10-year veteran Real Estate Office Manager serving clients in Macon & Jackson counties. Kristin's current responsibilities include assisting Brokers with listings and clients and assisting in the rental department by coordinating housekeeping and maintenance services as well as preparing each property for check-in and thoroughly inspecting after guest departure.

We are very excited to have both Kristin and Ashlee join the Highlands Cove Realty team!

Highlands Most Recent Visitors

We had some surprise visitors last week here in Highlands...a Momma Bear and her two cubs!  Although, they may look cute and cuddly, we strongly encourage that our owners practice bear safety as black bears can be very destructive!

The flowers aren’t the only thing growing this spring.  Highlands Cove Realty is expanding and growing in a ton of different ways.  We are excited to announce that we have two amazing people joining the Highlands Cove Realty team.

Ashlee Maitland will be interning with us for the summer.  Ashlee is currently attending the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, NC and is a native to the area.  We are very happy Ashlee has decided to intern here at Highlands Cove Realty and we have a lot planned for her this summer!
